Daniel R. Owens, 55, of Denton, Kansas passed away Friday, April 14, 2023 at the Atchison, Kansas hospital.
Daniel was born July 20, 1967, in Atchison, Kansas to Melvin and Avis (Piper) Owens.
Daniel married Cheryl Danese August 22, 2009, in Troy, Kansas. She survives of the home. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gaylord “Bud” Owens.
Additional survivors include his children, Taylor, Alexus, Skylar and Janie Owens. Brothers, Melvin Owens (Lois) and Jim Owens (Wendy) both of Atchison, Kansas, David Owens (Sherry) of Lancaster, Kansas. Sisters, Eula Tucker of Gladstone, Missouri, Cindy Hodges (Jeff) of Camden Point, Missouri, Sara Burke (Phil) of Cummings, Kansas, Becky Siard (Jim) of Atchison, Kansas. Numerous nieces and nephews
There will be no funeral just a family visitation at the Harman Rohde Funeral Home in Troy, Kansas, Friday evening, April 28, 2023 from 6-8 pm.
