ATCHISON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 12:30p.m. Wednesday in Atchison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2022 New Holland T640 driven by Timothy J. Oswald, 43, Fairfax, was westbound on 270th at Kettle Avenue four miles west of Fairfax.
The driver fell asleep. The tractor traveled off south side of the road down an embankment and overturned. Atchison-Holt ambulance transported Oswald to Fairfax Community Hospital.
