HOLT COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 5p.m. Thursday in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2020 Chevy Silverado driven by a 51-year-old Macomb, Mo., woman was southbound on Interstate 29 three miles north of Mound City. The pickup began to slide on the wet road. The vehicle traveled off the road and struck a guardrail.
EMS transported the driver to Mosaic in St. Joseph. She was properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
