HOLT COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 1p.m. Sunday in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1986 Jeep Wrangler driven by Teresa A. Davis, 65, Forest City, was southbound on Route E one mile south of Mound City.
The Jeep traveled off the west side of the road. It returned to the road, crossed the center of the road and off the east side, struck an embankment, rotated counter clockwise and came to rest on its wheels.
Atchison Holt ambulance transported Davis to Fairfax Community Hospital. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
