HOLT COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before noon Monday in Holt County.
The Missouri State. Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Peterbilt semi driven by Joshua M. Asher, 44, St. Joseph, was northbound on Interstate one mile south of Corning.
The front passenger tire blew. The semi traveled off the east side of the road, traveled down an embankment and into a field.
Atchison-Holt EMS transported Asher to Mosaic in St. Joseph. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
