ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
At 12:30a.m. on September 14, officers on patrol observed 39-year-old Joseph J. Dyer walking in the area of 9th and Kansas Avenue in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He was taken into custody on a District Court warrant for failure to appear in court and also for being in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at the time of the warrant arrest.
