Governor Mike Parson has appointed the Atchison County Prosecuting Attorney Brett Hurst of Fairfax as Associate Circuit Judge in the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
Hurst replaces Corey Herron who was appointed Circuit Judge.
Hurst earned a Bachelor of Science in agriculture business management from the University of Missouri—Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.
