George Pyles 69, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, formerly of St. Joseph, MO., passed away Friday July 19, 2024 in Bella Vista, Arkansas. He was born October 11, 1954 in St. Joseph, Missouri son of the late Georgetta & Ernest Pyles.
He graduated from DeKalb High School, worked at Quaker Oats for 27 years, and Missouri Department of Corrections for 15 years. He enjoyed fishing, and family gatherings.
George was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Ernest Pyles.
He is survived by son, Jason (Michele) Pyles, of Bella Vista, AR, daughter, Tracy (Kevin) Wirts of Phoenix, AZ, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, brothers, David of St. Joseph, MO., Michael of Yuba City, CA, Danny Pyles, Rushville, MO., sisters, Shirley Wallace, Patricia Anne (Dennis) Hudgens, Sandy Burdette all of Rushville, MO, Janet Adams of St. Joseph, MO, Bonnie Steeby of Savannah, MO.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Friday, August 16, 2024 at the Rupp Funeral Home.
