Jodi Oelkers 55, of Atchison, KS passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023 in Atchison, KS. She was born August 16, 1967 in St. Joseph, daughter of Delpha and Eldon "Butch" Allen Sr.
Jodi was preceded in death by brother, Eldon Butch Allen Jr., brother, Terry Brian Allen and niece, Carrisa Barron.
Survivors include daughters, Nicole (Ricky) Walker of Jacksonville, FL, and Amber Walts of St. Joseph, father, Eldon "Butch" (Deanna) Allen Sr. of St. Joseph, mother, Delpha Berg and her fiance, Earl Ellis, sisters, Debbie Welters and Paige Allen, brother, Richard Allen, six grandchildren, 4 nephews, 1 niece, and her harley motorcycle, Lucy Iellene.
Ms. Oelkers has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. Memorial Service will be at 2:00 PM Friday, June 9, 2023 at Rupp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, at the Rupp Funeral Home.
