BUCHANAN COUNTY—A Missouri woman was injured in an accident just before 2p.m. Wednesday in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Chrysler Town & Country driven by Heather M. Stoneberger, 50, King City, was southbound on U.S. 169 at Woodbine in St. Joseph.
The vehicle rear-ended a 2019 Ford E450 driven by Richard J. Curtin, 44, St. Joseph. Both vehicle came to a controlled stop in a private parking lot. A private vehicle transported Stonebarger to Mosaic Life Care. Curtin was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
