Kim R. Beckett, 66, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023, at her home.
She was born on April 13, 1956, to Edward and Phyllis (Swisegood) Hoyt in Macomb, Illinois.
She worked for Missouri Western State University in the admissions office for over ten years.
Kim was a Christian woman, and very fond of her cats.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Phyllis.
Survivors include her daughter, Bethany Beckett (Taylor Osteen); grandchildren, Adalee Osteen and Brantley Larabee; sisters, Cheryl Straight and Kelli Cobb; uncle, Kent Hoyt; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will gather with friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
