HARRISON COUNTY —A Missouri man died in an accident just before 12:30a.m. Wednesday in Harrison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2019 Chevy Malibu driven by Jason A. Crawford, 39, Bethany, was northbound on U.S. 69 just north of Bethany.
The driver failed to negotiate a curve. The car traveled off the west side of the road and struck a tree. Crawford was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Roertson Funeral Home. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
