LIVINGSTON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 1p.m. Monday in Livingston County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Jeep Cherokee driven by Justin T. Haddakin, 29, Wheeling, was eastbound on U.S. 36 two miles east of Chillicothe.
In an attempt to pass, the Jeep rear-ended the trailer of a 2004 Mack semi driven by Marvin A. Tolle, 63, Trenton.
Livingston County ambulance transported Haddakin to Hedrick Medical Center. Tolle was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
