ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect in connection with an alleged incident involving an incident with police.
On Monday, police arrested 28-year-old Kinte T. Forrest of Atchison on requested charges of disorderly conduct and interference with law enforcement in the 1100 block Highland Avenue, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In July of 2021, he was jailed for alleged failure to appear, according to online jail records.
