DAVIESS COUNTY—A teen was injured in an accident just before 3:30p.m. Sunday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported two 15-year-old Pattonsburg, Missouri boys were driving separate Honda EX 400 ATVs southbound on Highway PP one and one half miles west of Pattonsburg. The front passenger side of one ATV struck the rear driver side of the other. The first ATV overturned and theteen driver was ejected. The second ATV came to a controlled stop.
Life flight transported the boy to Children's Mercy for treatment of serious injuries. The other boy was not injured. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
