Willa Mae (Downing) Mace, 69, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023.
She was born January 19, 1954 in Parnell, Missouri To William and Grace (Frump) Downing. Willa grew up in Parnell, graduating from high school in Ravenwood, Missouri.
Willa worked as a nurse’s aide for awhile before becoming a full-time mom.
She enjoyed going on walks and was very proud of her grandsons’ accomplishments.
She was a Christian.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and sister, Brenda Barger.
Survivors include her son, Russell Joslin, Jr. (Jennifer); grandsons, Gabriel and Elijah Joslin; and siblings, Rita Chafin (Larry), Barbara Collins, Judy Wonderly (Jerry), and Cara Baumli.
