DAVIESS COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 6p.m. Friday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Ford F150 driven by Malik Jensen, 19, Gallatin, was southbound on U.S. 69 at Interstate 35 two miles west of Winston.
The driver failed to yield and turned in front of a 2002 Chrysler Sebring driven by Jo Deann Norton, 54, Gallatin. After the crash, the vehicles came to rest on their wheels blocking the road.
Daviess Co. EMS transported Norton to Liberty Hospital. Jensen was not injured. The MSHP had incomplete seat belt usage information.
