Ilene F. Davis, 98, St. Joseph, MO, Passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at the Carriage Square Nursing Home in St. Joseph. A graveside service is scheduled for 12:30pm Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at the Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS. Ilene was born March 14, 1926 in Humboldt, NE to John and Daisy (Anderson) Dennis. She graduated from Fall City High School in 1944. Ilene married Harold Dean Davis December 15, 1947 in St. Joseph, MO. Ilene lived in Savannah, MO from 1967-2020 when she was placed in a Skilled Nursing facility in St. Joseph. Ilene worked as an X-ray Technician for Dr. Joseph Fisher in St. Joseph for 25 years. She was a member of Christ’s Church in Savannah. She was a Wonderful Grandmother to her grandson and great grandchildren.
Ilene was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold, her children Robert Jennings, Judy Pyle and Larry Davis. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Ann Barnhart, niece Nadine Sinclair, Daughter-in-laws Dianna Davis, Rose Jennings, Grandson Jerry (Sarah) Davis, Great Grandchildren; Cayden Davis, Brady Davis and Analyce Davis.
