Maysville, Missouri……Debra “Debbie” Lavonne Rhoad, age 64, was born November 24, 1959, in St. Joseph, Missouri, and passed away February 7, 2024, in St. Joseph, Missouri, surrounded by her loving family.
Debbie and Donnie Rhoad were united in marriage on June 6, 1997, in St. Joseph, Missouri. Debbie worked at Sunset Home in Maysville as a CNA most of her life.
Debbie enjoyed taking trips with Donnie, especially the multiple trips to Disney World, the casinos, and Las Vegas. She loved being outside working in her garden and flower beds, going on walks and car rides, and attending the races to watch Donnie, but more than anything, she loved spending time with her family.
She is proceeded in death by her parents; father-in-law, Clarence Rhoad; mother-in-law, Ileene (Jim) Maynes; grandmother, Mary Eaton; and aunt, Jenny.
Survivors include her husband Donnie Rhoad of the home; children, Maddie Siders, Tina Clark, and Tyler Rhoad; brother-in-law, Danny (Emily) Rhoad; grandchildren, Austin, Emma, Haiyden, Paisley, Patrick, Josh and Chris; and numerous other family and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the First Baptist Church in Maysville. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A private family inurnment at Bethel cemetery will be held at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mosaic Cancer Center in care of the funeral home.
