Willis Clifford Jackson, 80, passed from this life on Friday, February 6, 2026, surrounded by his family at his home in Helena, MO.
Willis was born on September 29, 1945, and raised on his family farm, which he continued to work until illness forced retirement.
Willis was known for his kind heart, great smile and being incredibly hard-working. Willis was so proud of his children and grandchildren, who he loved dearly. Willis loved to play pranks on his loved ones, and enjoyed fishing with his best friends, David and Butch Kelly and his grandsons. Willis loved his farmland and wildlife, especially whistling to the birds.
Willis looked forward to visits from his family and friends during his illness.
He was preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Helen Jackson.
Willis leaves behind his wife, Judy, of 61 years. They were married on May 23, 1965, she survives of the home. Willis and Judy had two children, Leasa Jackson, Union Star and Jeff (Annette) Jackson, Platte City; three grandchildren, Jill (Greg) Nielson, Maryville, Jacob (Laura) Moore, Union Star, Shea (Wylie) Simerly, Union Star and two great-grandchildren, Jackson and Gavin Nielson, of Maryville; ten brothers and sisters Wayne (Marilyn) Jackson, Corydon, IA, Iva (Gene) Baker, Union Star, Linda (Randall) Bollinger, College Place, WA, Patricia (Tom) Siudara, Davison, MI, Mike (Theresa) Jackson, Union Star, Marvin (Barb) Jackson, Jamesport, Ed (Kim) Jackson, Burlington Junction, Pam (Bob) Trimmer Savannah, Kenny (Cindy) Jackson, Savannah, Craig Jackson, Kansas City as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 11, at Roberson Funeral Home, King City, MO. Burial will follow in Helena Cemetery, Helena, MO. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to AseraCare Hospice in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O.
