Wayne Allen Vincent, 88, Hamilton, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
He was born September 25, 1937 to Oris and Grace (Esch) Vincent in York Twp, Indiana. He was the 7th child of 8.
Wayne married Miriam Marie Lederman on June 7, 1958.
Wayne's passion for travel took him to distant lands and cultures around the world. His adventurous spirit was matched only by his compassion and willingness to help others. He was a guiding presence in his church and was active in his faith.
Wayne's dedication to volunteering reflected his core values and belief in giving back to the community. He devoted countless hours to various causes, ensuring that those less fortunate were provided with the support and resources they needed. His generosity extended further, as he contributed to numerous charities.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 siblings, and 1 grandson.
Survivors include his wife, Miriam; children, Dawn Lanham (Jim), James Vincent (Momo), Debra Weir (Craig), and Jeffrey Vincent (Alexandra). He had 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter; sisters, Lenora Coyle and Carol Johnson.
Farewell Services 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 21, Wells of Joy Church, Hamilton, MO. The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
