Carter Paul Smith 15, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at the Rupp Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the Rupp Funeral Home. Interment will be at King Hill Cemetery.
