ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect after a weekend altercation in Atchison.
On Saturday, police responded to the 300 Block of Santa Fe in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
They arrested 23-year-old Johnny R. Christofferson of St. Joseph, on requested charges of disorderly conduct and attempted escape from custody. He remains in the Atchison County Jail, according to online booking records.
