Lila Mae Deiter, 84, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Sunday, February 2, 2025 at Mosaic Life Care. She was born November 18, 1940 in St. Joseph, daughter of the late, Louise and Ira Stout.
She graduated from Lafayette High School, Class of 1958. Lila worked as a caregiver. She loved the KC Chiefs, her animals, and was a member of the Patee Park Baptist Church.
Lila was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Lewis Stout.
Survivors include her son, Christopher Deiter (Tara Murphy) of Barnard, MO, grandchildren, Austyn and Devyn Deiter of Maryville, MO, brother, William Stout of St. Joseph and 4 nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, February 7, 2025 at Rupp Funeral Home. Funeral services and public live stream; 2:00 pm, Friday, February 7, 2025 at Rupp Funeral Home, with Pastor Scott Jensen officiating. The Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
