The four game series between the St. Louis Cardinals and Arizona Diamondbacks will go even farther into the summer after Thursday's series finale was postponed due to weather in St. Louis.
The Cardinals and D-backs will be make up Thursday's finale and wrap up the series on July 23rd, a mutual off-day for both clubs. Any fans holding tickets for Thursday night's game may present their same ticket for the makeup game on Thursday, July 23, scheduled for a 4:15 pm first pitch, with no exchange necessary.
With the postponement, the Cardinals updated their starting rotation plans, pushing back Thursday’s scheduled starter Michael McGreevy to Friday opening the weekend series against the Miami Marlins at Busch Stadium.
