St. Joseph police are waiting for results from an autopsy to identify the body discovered at Brittany Village Apartments and determine the cause of death.
The St. Joseph Police Department reports officers went to the scene of the apartment complex after residents reported they discovered a body Tuesday afternoon in a storage unit.
The body was badly decomposed, according to police, who do not suspect foul play in the death. No identification has been determined, but police believe the body is that of a homeless man.
