Robert L. English, 92, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, October 4, 2024.
He was born September 6, 1932 in Bennett, Colorado to Calvin and Bertha (White) English.
Robert married Ruby Maxine Auxier on February 2, 1969. She preceded him in death on October 1, 2002.
He worked for Rainbow Bread for over 30 years before he retired.
Robert was an avid Bronco’s fan. He also enjoyed collecting trains and going to see them in person.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Ruby; his parents; son, Lorren Lee McCollum; great-grandson, Aric Dunn; siblings, Louise and Allan English; sons-in-law, Charles Crawley II and Wendell Wigger.
Survivors include his daughters, Joan Moutray (Ron Sr.), Jean Crawley and Sheryl Wigger; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and niece, Kathy Butler.
Farewell Services and Public Livestream 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
