Cathy J. Haynie, 68, Weatherby, Missouri, formerly of Woodland, California, passed away Friday, October 18, 2024 after a very short battle with Leukemia. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was born October 30, 1956 to Arlie V. and Shirley S. (Morse) Fann in Woodland, California.
She graduated from Woodland High School in 1974.
She married Walter Louis Haynie on September 15, 1975 and recently celebrated 50 wonderful years together.
Cathy worked as an Administrative Supervisor for Parks and Recreation for Woodland, California. She retired just shy of 30 years. Prior to being an Administrative Supervisor, she worked as a waitress at the Corkwood Restaurant in Woodland, California for 20 years.
Cathy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and reading.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law, Debra Fann.
Survivors include her husband, Walter; children, Tami Haynie, Chrystal Quam (Jordan); grandchildren, Allen Green, Matthew Green, Andrew Green, and Waylon Quam; brother, Steven Fann; niece, Tyler Wheeler; and nephew, Jordan Fann.
Celebration of Life to be held at a later date in Woodland, California.
