ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after an encounter on Tuesday.
Just after 9p.m., police arrested 32-year-old William R. Bartlett of Atchison in the 1100 block Kearney Street on District and Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He is also being held on requested charges of interference with law enforcement and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
In February, Bartlett was jailed for alleged domestic battery.
