Leadership Savannah is celebrating their graduating class, nineteen people completing the six-month development program, which focuses on community awareness and personal growth. Participants explored areas that impact Andrew County: local government, education, healthcare, economics, agriculture and public safety.

Leadership Savannah especially highlighting student representatives Cole Schweizer of Savannah HS and Rex Thompson from North Andrew. Both brought young perspectives and showed the importance of developing future leaders.

"This class represented a wonderful cross-section of our community," Leadership Savannah Committee Member Annette Weeks said in the announcement. "Over the past six months, participants have challenged themselves to learn more about Andrew County, build meaningful relationships, and grow as leaders. We are grateful for their commitment and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will continue to make."
