CALDWELL COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 1:30a.m. Saturday in Caldwell County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Ford Escape driven by Kaitlyn S. Castro, 19, Moberly, was eastbound on U.S. 36 two miles east of Cameron.
The SUV traveled off the north side of the road, became airborne, went over a creek and struck an embankment.
Caldwll County EMS transported Castro to Liberty Hospital. She was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
