NODAWAY COUNTY —One person as injured in an accident just before 8a.m. Wednesday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 68-year-old Clearmont woman exited a 2019 Ford Escape on First Street in Clearmont. The SUV was not in park. The vehicle struck the woman, dragging her down the road util it came to rest in a ditch.
Nodaway County EMS transported the woman to Mosaic in Maryville. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
