ANDREW COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 4p.m. Sunday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Harley Davidson driven by Douglas W. Brown, 63, Savannah, was northbound on U.S. 169 at the Buchanan County line.
The driver lost control of the motorcycle while attempting to decelerate abruptly. He was ejected and and landed in the northbound lane of the highway. The motorcycle came to rest off the east side of the highway.
Andrew County EMS transported Brown to Mosaic Life Care. He was wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
