ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man for criminal trespass for the second time in recent weeks.
On April 7, police arrested 53-year-old Dennis R. Coots of Atchison on a District Court warrant for criminal trespass that occurred in the 100 block North 11th on April 3, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In December, officers arrested Dennis R. Coots for theft and criminal trespass at the Holiday Inn Express, 401 Main in Atchison, according to Wilson. He was also accused of criminal trespass in the 200 block North 9th in Atchison.
