St. Joseph firefighters kept busy on Tuesday, responding to
two fires.

Fire crews responded to a structure fire near the intersection
of North 21st and Faraon Streets shortly after three o’clock Tuesday afternoon. Some property damage has been reported. No one was
injured in the fire.

Fire engulfed a multi-level house near South 14th
and Messanie Streets late Tuesday night. Numerous fire crew responded to the
fire. A section of Messanie was closed to traffic while firefighters tackled
the fire. Crews responded shortly after 11 o’clock and remained on the scene
throughout the early morning hours.

Again, property damage reported; no injuries reported.
