Kay Winkelman, 82, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, June 28, 2024.
She was born on December 4, 1941, to John and Anita (Miller) Spicer in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Kay graduated from Savannah High School and later attended Platt-Gard Business College.
She worked for Cameron Mutual Insurance in Cameron, Missouri as an administrative assistant for over twenty years.
Kay enjoyed serving and helping others, playing Scrabble with her friends, and watching live music – she especially loved watching her friend Cecilio perform.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Gary and Gale Spicer.
Survivors include her daughters, Brandy Shaban and Wendy Green (Glenn); granddaughter, Lucy Kay Green; her best friend, Charla Moore; her puppy, Pumpkin; and numerous other family members, friends and neighbors who will miss her dearly.
