HARRISON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 3:30a.m. Wednesday in Harrison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Freightliner semi driven by a 25-year-old Chicago Ridge, Illinois man was southbound on Interstate 35 six miles south of Bethany. The vehicle traveled off the west side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned.
North Missouri EMS transported the driver to Liberty Hospital. The Patrol did not have seat belt usage details. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
