WATHENA, KS. Peggy Jo (Campbell) Norris, 72, of Wathena, Kansas passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024 at her home.
Peggy Jo was born November 12, 1951 in Highland, Kansas to Robert (Bob) and Anita (Neat) (Waggoner) Campbell. She was a lifelong resident of Doniphan County, Kansas and worked most of her life as a waitress.
Peggy Jo married Larry Norris on May 28, 1969 in Fanning, Kansas. He preceded her in death on June 10, 1972. She was also preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Diane Bembrick and Judy Prawl.
Survivors include her daughters; Deborah (Keith) of Troy, Kansas and Tammy Funk (Brandon) of St. Joseph, Missouri. Grandsons Colten Norris and Spencer Norris (Madison). Sister, Tina Campbell (David) of Severance, Kansas.
Funeral Service: Saturday July 6, 2024-10:30 A.M. at the Community of Christ in Fanning, Kansas.
Visitation: family will receive friends Friday evening 6-8 P.M. at the Harman Rohde Funeral Home in Troy, Kansas where friends may call after 9 A.M. Friday.
Burial: Mount Olive Cemetery, Troy, Kansas.
