ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after an arrest.
Just before 9a.m. Thursday, police booked 54-year-old Paul W. Surber of Atchison into the county jail, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Surber is being held on requested charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property in the 900 block Kansas Avenue.
