Robert George Dynes, 81, St.Joseph, Mo. Passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
Robert was born on September 15, 1942 to parents Milton Dynes and Alice Dynes in St Joseph Mo.After graduating from Central High School in 1960 went on to service in the US Army 1964 – 1970.
In 1964 met first wife Dodie Thompson and had 2 children Robert William Dynes (Wife Kelly) and Brenda Lee Shanks (Husband Jeff).Robert had 6 Grandkids. Robert Dynes JR, Brooke Long, Boston Black, Noah Shanks, Mia Shanks, Josh Obermier and 10 Great Grandkids.
In 1970 went to work at Krause Milling Company where he retired from.In 2002 met second wife Myrtle Wright.
He was married to Myrtle until she passed away September 2023.
He spent his time playing, singing Country music and writing songs.
Robert was predeceased in dead by Father Milton Dynes, Mother Alice Dynes, Brothers Lester Babcock, Jack Babcock, Charles Dynes, Richard Dynes, Sisters Janet Chandler, Juanita Reno, Pat Davis.
The family will receive friends 2:00 - 4:00 PM, Sunday, March 3rd at the Heaton~Bowman~Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.Graveside service and Interment with full Military Honors 1:00 PM, Monday, March 4th at Ashland Cemetery.
