A fan who died at Chiefs Training Camp died of natural causes, according to the Buchanan County Medical Examiner’s Office.
County Medical Examiner, Dr. Adam Wineinger, has ruled that Jessica Tangen died of natural causes Sunday while attending the Kansas City Chiefs Training Camp on the Missouri Western State University campus in St. Joseph.
In a statement from Mosaic Life Care according to medical professionals, Tangen's death resulted from a cardiac-related issue. An autopsy will not be performed, in accordance with the families wishes.
The family of Tangen, who was from Riverside, says she was a life-long Chiefs fan.

Tangen was 43.
