
ATCHISON COUNTY —A Kansas man with a history of time in the Atchison County jail is back in custody.
On Thursday, police arrested 33-year-old Scott A. Gann, Jr., of Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Gann is being held on on a Community Corrections detain order. In March he was jailed for a month on requested charges of failure to appear and obstruction; interference with law enforcement, according to online jail records. Since 2001, Gann has been jailed over a dozen times on requested charges of failure to appear, domestic battery and escape from custody, according to online jail records.
