Sara Lynn Fowler, 70, McFall, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
She was born September 29, 1955 in Richmond, Missouri, to Joe and Wilma (Kincaid) Yoakum. She grew up in Richmond and graduated from Richmond High School.
Sara married Harold Fowler on May 20, 1998. They shared a total of 40 years together.
She worked for Dr. Cook’s office in Richmond for awhile, then was an executive secretary at Kansas City International Airport for many years, and later was an executive secretary at J.E. Dunn Construction for a few years.
Sara enjoyed chalk painting and going on long rides. She loved animals and rescued many, taking them into her home.
A very positive, kind person, Sara was the light of her family’s life and drew many friends to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Harold; son, Aaron Stonner (Sheliah); grandchildren, Cassie Smith, Clayton Estes, and Morgan Stonner; great-grandson, Hank Stonner; other extended family and friends; and her beloved dogs, Lady and Stella.
