Marilyn Groshong, 80, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023.
She was born on January 17, 1943, in Bethany, Missouri to Bud Rowlette and Aileen Thompson.
Marilyn enjoyed bowling in her younger years and was a hard-working individual. She worked at Quaker Oats for over twenty years before her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Collins; and brothers, Reggie Thompson and Gregory Thompson.
Survivors include her sons, Charles Poe and James Poe; brother, Charles “Chuck” Thompson; three grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date by the family.
