Buchanan County Prosecuting Attorney Ron Holliday announced the filing of a Second-Degree Murder charge in connection with a fatal crash Monday afternoon.
According to the Prosecuting Attorney's office, 19-year-old Jason E. Clements has been charged in connection with the fatal crash near 24th and Jules Street Monday afternoon that resulted in the death of a 38-year-old male.
The State alleges the defendant was operating a stolen motor vehicle in a reckless manner at the intersection which caused the death of the victim.
