Buchanan County Prosecuting Attorney Ron Holliday announced the filing of a Second-Degree Murder charge in connection with a <a href="https://stjosephpost.com/posts/9af4af70-ef4c-4afd-b000-4f1662385733">fatal crash Monday afternoon</a>.According to the Prosecuting Attorney's office, 19-year-old Jason E. Clements has been charged in connection with the fatal crash near 24th and Jules Street Monday afternoon that resulted in the death of a 38-year-old male.<figure>
