HARRISON COUNTY—The Buchanan County EMS medical director died in an accident just after noon Independence Day in Harrison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Polaris ATV driven by Scott A. Hall, 38, Bethany, was northbound on CR West 211 Lane three miles south of Bethany.
The vehicle traveled off the east side of the road, began to skid, struck a rock and returned to the road.
The driver overcorrected and the ATV traveled back off the east side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned. The driver and passengers were ejected.
Hall was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Roberson Funeral Home. Harrison County Sheriff's Office transported passengers identified as Maggie F. Hall, 31, Bethany, and a 1-year-old girl from Bethany to Harrison County Community Hospital.
