Corinne Danette Black, 66, of Lansing, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Saint Luke’s North in Kansas City, Missouri.
Corinne was born on January 6, 1956 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Lawrence Y.F. Chai and Elisabeth Muth. She grew up with two sisters, Wanda and Remona.
Corinne married Earl Black on June 10, 1995.
Corinne attended Emporia State for two years. She worked for the United States Department of Education and retired in 2009.
Corinne resided in the Leavenworth and Lansing area her whole adult life.
Corinne loved her pets and the television.
Corinne is survived by her husband, Earl Black, of Lansing, Kansas, sister, Ramona Kelley, of Leavenworth, Kansas and a nephew, Christopher Kelley.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to AICPA and Kidney Foundation.

Visitation will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 5 to 7 P.M. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 11 A.M. Burial will follow at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
