Barbara " Barb" Marie Ballard 76, of Elwood, KS., passed away Saturday September 16, 2023 in a St. Joseph, MO hospital after a long battle with cancer. She was born March 15, 1947 in St. Joseph, Missouri daughter of the late Evelyn & Albert Budine.
She graduated from Central High School, class of 1965 then attended Gard Business University. She worked at the local casino for over 21 years.
Barb was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Ray.
Survivors include her children: Maria (Sam) Ballard, Jeff (Andrea) Ballard, and Rosita Sanchez and sister, Becky (Jeff) Cruz.
Cremation under the direction of the Rupp Funeral Home.
