ATCHISON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 10:30p.m. Sunday in Atchison County, Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Harley-Davidson driven by a 50-year-old Tarkio man was eastbound on U.S. 136 one mile west of Rock Port in a construction zone. The roadway was uneven and the motorcycle crossed the center of the highway. The driver lost control and was ejected.
EMS transported the driver to Grape Memorial Hospital in Iowa. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
