ANDREW COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 6:30p.m. Tuesday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Chrysler 300 driven by Beth A. Danner, 40, St. Joseph, was northbound on Interstate 29 north of the King City exit.
The driver fell asleep. The car traveled off the west side of the road and the driver overcorrected. The car returned to the highway, traveled off the east side of the road and overturned.
Andrew County EMS transported a passenger Tisha T. Kirby, 44, St. Joseph to Mosaic Life Care. Danner was not injured. Both were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
